Shipping policy

We will process online orders within 3 business days, and we offer free shipping within Australia. For international orders, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Please note that the cost of any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer unless this is specified in the listing that the artwork will be delivered duty paid (DDP).

Once your artwork has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with tracking details, so that you can track your package and know when to expect delivery.
Please be aware that we organise shipping as an additional helpful service, and we cannot be held responsible or guarantee the services of third-party carriers or shippers including any damage that may occur to the artwork once it has left the galleries custody. If you do experience any issues with the delivery or condition of your artwork, please contact the carrier or shipper directly to resolve the issue.
