Kris Ancog

Kris Ancog is a Sydney-based artist who uses art as a visual storytelling method; evoking emotions, and experiences that are beyond words. He is also the founder and director of Kris Ancog Gallery.

Calling himself a painter of meditative dreamscapes, the artist channels creativity to explore beauty, peace, and serenity. Over the years, his work has evolved from traditional landscapes to ethereal abstracts that allow the viewer to develop their own interpretation through a contemplative process.

Kris has exhibited extensively across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & Singapore over the last 10 years and has participated in numerous art fairs including Affordable Art Fair (Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong), The Other Art Fair, New Zealand Art Show, Christchurch Art Show, Dunedin Art Show and Auckland Art Show. His paintings about the stories of nurses during the pandemic were acquired by Prince of Wales Hospital for the new Clinical Services Building and were exhibited during the International Nurses Day in 2021 and 2022.
